Association Rules §8: “The meeting must be announced at least 14 days before the meeting on the association’s official notice board, via the association’s maintained email list, and on the association’s official website. Honorary and supporting members shall be notified of the general meeting by the Board at least 7 days before the meeting, either by post or by email.”
