The Major Clubs
Community within your major
The purpose of major club activities is to promote students’ connections to working life and strengthen a sense of community within each major. There are seven major-specific clubs in total. Each club consists of a team of approximately 2–5 students who organize opportunities for students in their major to learn about different companies and build connections with the business world. The major-specific clubs are led by the representatives of the Supervision of Interests division responsible for each major. Get to know the major-specific clubs below!

The major club for management students
Bosse is the major club for management students. All management students, regardless of their year of study, as well as freshmen interested in management, are welcome to join. The club is coordinated by the student representatives of the Management Unit, Lauri Vuokila. Every year, we organize popular company visits, alumni events and, for example, the Management Christmas Party.

Marketing – WISIO
The major club for marketing students.
WISIO is the major club for marketing students. WISIO actively works to strengthen the working-life skills of students in marketing and digital marketing and provides opportunities to network with fellow students, the department and companies through various events. Students and faculty members come together for relaxed MarkCafé sessions. WISIO also organizes annual company visits, Christmas parties and other events.
Currently, Mia Wichmann and Aino Arvonen, serves as WISIO’s student representative. New enthusiastic members and future marketing professionals are always welcome to join the team each year.

International Business – IB
The major club for International Business and SBD students
IB is the major club for students in International Business and Strategic Business Development. The purpose of IB is to promote networking among students by organizing various events related to working life and leisure. IB aims to provide students with opportunities to discuss current topics, share experiences related to internships and working life, and exchange advice and experiences regarding job hunting.
We hope that students will also get involved in the club’s activities by taking part in planning and organizing events. Liise Halme and Roosa Kujansuu currently serve as the student representatives for International Business and Strategic Business Development and lead IB.

Accounting and Finance – W-Capital
The major club for Accounting and Finance students
W-Capital is the major club for Accounting and Finance students. In 2022, the Accounting and Finance major-specific clubs were merged to form a new club. We bring Accounting and Finance students together by organizing networking events, career-oriented events, case days and company visits. Our activities are constantly evolving, and we are building the culture of our major-specific club step by step.
Come and join the activities of the largest major-specific club to enjoy spending time together and network with fellow students, companies and our professors! Tuuli Koppanen, Laura Vuorenoja, Kaius Pihlaja and Eetu Hyppönen are currently responsible for W-Capital and serve as the student representatives for Accounting and Finance.

Business Law – Momentti
The major club for Business Law students
Momentti is the major club for Business Law students. Its purpose is to strengthen the sense of community among Business Law students and promote working-life connections through various events. The club’s coordinators, the student representatives, also act as a link between students and teaching staff.
Through Momentti, you can network with other Business students at relaxed events and potentially make new connections with the business world through various company visits. The current student representatives for Momentti are Aamu Salminen, Emma Ojanen and Erika Strömberg.

Economics – W-Economics
The major club for Economics students
W-Economics is the major club for Economics students, also known as “Kansis.” W-Economics aims to bring students together by organizing relaxed events such as Christmas parties and coffee get-togethers. The club also aims to organize company visits that provide insights into working life, as well as an annual Economics study trip.
Kerttu Hvitfelt, Nea Sormunen, Martta Liippo and Rasmus Hiltunen currently serve as W-Economics’ student representatives.

Industrial Management and Information Systems Science – Prosessi
Warrantti's newest major club
Prosessi is the major club for students of Industrial Management and Information Systems Science. It is run by the student representatives of the Information Systems Science and Industrial Management units. Prosessi aims to bring students from both fields together by organizing both career-oriented events and more relaxed activities that strengthen the sense of community.
Prosessi was founded in 2021. New ideas and enthusiastic members are always more than welcome! The current student representatives of Prosessi are Nanni Kurvinen, Noora Harju, Veera Rautelin, Aliisa Juvonen, Salla Korhonen and Susanna Rissanen.
