Warrantti ry's Event Regulations

1§ At events, the individual freedoms of other participants, such as personal integrity and the right to be free from harassment, shall be respected.

2§ By registering for an event, the participant confirms that the contact details they provide are correct. The participant shall be solely responsible for any potential inconvenience or harm caused by incorrect information.

3§ A binding registration constitutes an obligation to pay the participation fee, even if the participant is ultimately unable to attend.

4§ Participants who have registered on a binding basis may not cancel their registration without an exceptionally compelling reason.

5§ If the organizer does not provide a ticket transfer option or a waiting-list procedure for cancellations, the person who purchased the ticket shall be responsible for transferring the ticket to another person.

6§ If the participation fee has not been paid by the specified deadline, a payment reminder will be issued. If the payment remains outstanding despite the reminder, Warrantti ry shall have the right to deny the participant access to the event in question as well as future events until the outstanding payment has been made.

7§ At events organized by Warrantti ry, participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Warrantti ry shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to personal property.

8§ Participants shall be personally liable for any damage they cause at events organized by Warrantti ry. Warrantti ry shall not be liable for any costs arising from such damage.

9§ The organizers have the right to remove from an event any person who behaves disruptively or violates the rules. Following such an incident, Warrantti ry will issue a warning regarding the disruptive behavior and, depending on the circumstances, may restrict the person’s right to participate in Warrantti ry events.

10§ By registering for an event organized by Warrantti ry, you accept all of the above rules. In all other respects, events organized by Warrantti ry shall be subject to Finnish law.

Warrantti ry reserves the right to make changes to the arrangements and regulations of the events it organizes.
