Warrantti’s Estate division is responsible for Warrantti’s premises, known as Warranttila. This fantastic estate is located in the centre of Vaasa at Kauppapuistikko 19–21. The Estate division’s role is to ensure the versatile and long-term use Warranttila. The division supports the Operative Manager with the initial renovations and helps maintain the space after its opening.

The Estate division is responsible for, among other things, planning and maintaining the estate and managing its rentals. In addition, the division takes care of the facilities and functionality of the estate to ensure that it meets the needs of Warrantti’s members as well as possible. The Estate division ensures that Warranttila is a comfortable and functional environment for various events, meetings, and leisure activities.

In the Estate division, you can take part in a wide range of tasks, from renovation work and interior design to practical arrangements.
